No prior experience in holistic wellness is necessary to join in-person retreats or online courses.
Our programs are designed to support individuals with different depths of experience in emotional wellbeing. Whether you're new to the concepts of holistic living and emotional wellbeing or have attended retreats and courses in the past. Each session is tailored to guide you through the unique 7 Living Essentials in a supportive and nurturing environment, ensuring your inner world becomes as familiar to you as your outer world.
You will gain valuable insights and practical tools to continue to support your own self coaching lifestyle and wellbeing, regardless of your starting point.
The only experiences that require prior attendance are the home retreats. These are powerful, professionally supported, journeys over two days that are focused on Inner Child healing and do require completion of either 'The 7 Living Essentials' course or 'The Search in Action - Group Coaching' experience along with the first certificate in LIVE well.
Our retreats and courses are crafted to address personal challenges such as health issues or relationship problems by providing a nurturing holistic framework that fosters emotional, mental, and physical wellbeing.

What kind of activities and learning experiences are included in the retreats and courses?
Both provide experiences to apply new knowledge immediately into your life. The retreats provide a deep dive into bringing awareness and healing to the 'big mountain' in our lives. This is a concept discussed in the book 'The Search'.; long time limiting unconscious beliefs, emotions and response patterns learned in early childhood and across life.
Both the retreats and the online courses incorporate a diverse range of activities and learning methods designed to enrich your experience and deepen your understanding and application of the 7 Living Essentials in your own life; gestalt, self compassion, guided meditations, specialised journaling activities to enhance emotional and overall wellbeing. Participants will also engage in group discussions, easy and powerful yoga and mindful movements to nurture the body.
Each session is tailored to provide practical tools and insights, ensuring you leave with actionable strategies to incorporate holistic living into your daily life.
